- Two 45-min. Personal Growth Coaching Sessions a month. These sessions help create life-long changes that will help you adhere to your fitness, weight loss, and lifestyle goals.
- Two 15-min. Accountability Sessions a month (alternating weeks with Personal Growth). These are check-in sessions to review your past week and plan your upcoming week’s goals.
- All appointments are done on the phone.
